Our story

How we got here.

TheInspireLab.ai grew out of a simple observation: the biggest barrier to AI adoption isn't the technology. It's the mindset.

Fear. Overwhelm. Nervousness about being replaced. Worry about falling behind competitors. Some teams have shiny object syndrome, jumping from tool to tool without ever getting real results. Others have blinders on, ignoring AI completely because their plate is already full. "We'll wait til the dust settles."

But the dust isn't settling. And waiting is falling behind.

We started helping teams get past all of that. Not with generic demos or theory, but by walking into their office, finding the specific work that's eating their time, and training them on AI with their actual proposals, emails, follow-ups, and client intake.

It works because we focus on the culture, not the tools. Getting people to try AI once is easy. Getting them to use it every day, with confidence, without fear, takes a different approach. That's what we do.

Former CIO. Employee #1 at a startup she helped grow to multimillion-dollar valuation. Erin has been at the intersection of technology and business for over 20 years.

She's led Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers at Babson College and UMass Boston. She holds certificates from MIT in Business Innovation and Blockchain Technologies, and from Stanford in Positive Psychology and Well-Being.

Her clients have included Amazon, Comcast, Harvard, KPMG, and hundreds of startups and growing businesses.

Now she focuses on one thing: helping small business teams in Massachusetts turn AI into practical, everyday wins. In plain English.
